Delivery & Returns


All standard deliveries are dispatched via Blue Dart Express Ltd and will be delivered within 4 working days after successfully placing the order.

All orders are eligible for FREE delivery standard delivery.

All Cotstyle orders will be delivered in a discreet Cotstyle mailing bag and your Cotstyle socks will be wrapped and packaged to ensure the safe arrival of your new socks.

Please be aware that this delivery method is for India addresses only and requires a signature upon delivery. All delivery timescales are subject to delays caused by seasonal or busy periods, weather and other unforeseen circumstances, though we will do everything we can to get your order to you on time.


To return your unwanted items for a refund, please return them in sellable condition by generating return request through My Return Requests tab in the Account section of or contact us on 08455226113 with your order number within 7 days from delivery. Please be aware, personalised products such as socks with gift boxes do not fall under our returns policy.


If you require an exchange on a like for like product, simply select Exchange while creating return request in the Accounts section of
Request to be created within 7 days from the product received date. Please be aware that exchange is provided only if the item delivered to you does not match the size / colour ordered by you, or if our product is faulty. We will send you replacement after the returned product passes our quality check regulations.

Both returns and exchanges will be reviewed, and pick-up will be arranged within 24 to 48 hours post approval.

Please make sure that all the packaging, paperwork and socks are returned unworn, undamaged and unwashed.

All returns or exchanges would be made at the delivery address provided on your initial order. Please make sure to request a signed copy of the postage as proof while you are sending the items back to us. Please note that credits can take up to 10 days from the date of return received.
